Holly has a single car accident on the way to school. She overcorrected after dropping her right side wheels off the pavement and struck a tree. She is air lifted by Wings Air Rescue to Johnson City Medical center Hospital, where she remained in critical condition many weeks. She had so much support from her classmates, friends, family, coaches and the entire medical staff. She was hospitalized a total of 9 months, endured many surgeries, and began physical, speech, and occupational rehabilition.
Holly is laid to rest inside the mausoleum chapel at Washington County memory Gardens. Our family will never be the same.
Passed away on October 21, 2002.
